| Envision is a rating system of criteria and performance objectives to aid decision makers and help project teams identify sustainable approaches during planning, design and construction of infrastructure projects that will continue throughout the project’s operations and maintenance and end-of-life phases. In 2016 The City of Los Angeles, City Council approved the City Engineer’s decision to use Envision and receive project certifications and directed the Bureau to report on the progress of Envision. |
