The Street Improvement Division includes the Street Program which is responsible for the planning, design, and construction management of over 90 Street Capital Improvement projects valued at $200M. These projects are primarily funded by grants and include street widenings, intersection improvements, and safety enhancements for motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
