The Bureau of Engineering Geotechnical Division provides geotechnical and engineering geology investigations, environmental site assessments, contamination remediation, and related support services for all Bureau of Engineering programs as well as other City Departments. GEO also provides program management, project management and construction management for hillside and street stabilization projects and environmental cleanup projects. In addition, GEO provides emergency response to storm damage and landslides.
