Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Master Plan & Environmental Impact Report
The Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Master Plan project represents an opportunity to repurpose the reservoir complex into a public park amenity that protects its unique character, expands and enhances habitat, and provides gathering and recreational spaces.
The proposed Master Plan design was developed over a year-long community engagement process consisting of Community Workshops and focused Stakeholder Working Group Meetings. The Master Plan Report was prepared in December 2020 and can be downloaded here.
The City of Los Angeles is currently preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to evaluate the potential environmental effects of implementing the proposed Master Plan project, which will be considered for approval by the City. For more information about the Master Plan EIR, please visit the Master Plan’s EIR webpage here.
The Master Plan and EIR project is being led by the BOE, with the support of Council Districts 4 and 13, and in coordination with LADWP.
